Hello Ladies!

We will be delivering our Self Care Bags filled with essential items for the homeless Saturday, August 29th!

GrlPwrLA is partnering with “Sharing Love” which is also a woman-owned non-profit organization lead by a woman named Maxine.

Sharing love is a Los Angeles based organization geared towards helping enhance the quality of life for those less fortunate. Maxine does this by feeding the homeless food on skid row along with partnering with other organizations to provide food, clothes, and other personal items.

We will be helping Maxine hand out food which is already prepared and ready along with our Self Care bags. Us ladies will start at 12:45 PM!

Please let me know if you plan on volunteering so I can give Maxine a headcount of how many of us will be helping! If you can no longer make it please let me know as well. Lastly, please don’t forget to wear a mask! Gloves will be provided.
